Yes, patients are seen by appointment.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, ApplePay, PayPal or Zelle
- Can I make payments?
Payment is required at the time of service.
- Do you board pets?
No, we are a mobile facility.
- What is considered short-notice for a compassionate euthanasia appointment?
We understand that our pets do not generally follow "normal business hours". When able, we try to accommodate appointments at short-notice. Additional fees are applied when appointments are scheduled for the same day, or within 6-8 hours.
- Can I call?
Text message is preferred as the initial form of contact. We would be happy to schedule a phone call to better discuss your needs once contact has been established.
- My pet passed away at home -- can you help?
Yes. In addition to end-of-life services, BlackCat Veterinary Care offers gentle transport and local cremation services for beloved animals that pass naturally at home.
